SYNOPSIS: Als zakkenroller kom je rare dingen tegen. Maar zelfs de ervaren Michael Mason (Richard Madden) ziet niet aankomen dat er een bom in het tasje zit dat hij stal in Parijs. De Amerikaanse dief overleeft de explosie, maar bewakingsbeelden maken hem wel de enige verdachte van de CIA. Agent Sean Briar (Idris Elba) krijgt hem te pakken voordat de Franse politie doorheeft hoe het zit, en dat is maar goed ook. Michael is niet de man die Sean zoekt, maar kan hem wel helpen de échte daders te vinden en meer bomaanslagen te voorkomen. En dat doet Sea liefst zonder Franse pottenkijkers.
