Mulan was een groot succes volgens heel wat consultancy-bedrijven en dat lijkt het management van The Walt Disney Company te bevestigen met zijn volgende Premier Access-feature. De bioscoopfilm Raya and the Last Dragon zal in maart 2021 tegelijkertijd uitkomen in bioscopen en op Disney Plus. Daarbij gaat het niet in op de druk van WarnerMedia die zijn bioscoopfilms in 2021 zonder meerwaarde gaat uitbrengen op HBO Max. Ook is duidelijk dat Disney het bioscoopbezoek gaat respecteren door bepaalde featurefilms nog steeds voor te bereiden op een release op de traditionele manier met Premier Access achter de hand. Of Premier Access effectief naar België komt, is nog niet duidelijk.

Vanaf maart 2021 in Belgische bioscopen, geniet van de eerste Raya and the Last Dragon teaser trailer door regisseurs Don Hall &Carlos López Estrada, co-regisseurs Paul Briggs & John Ripa, en met de stemmen van Kelly Marie Tran (Star Wars VIII: The Last Jedi) als Raya & Awkwafina (The Farewell, Crazy Rich Asians) als de laatste draak Sisu.
