Robert Pattinson (Bruce Wayne/Batman) & Zoë Kravitz (Selina Kyle/Catwoman) kregen we het voorbije weekend te zien in de gloednieuwe trailer geregisseerd door Matt Reeves (War for the Planet of the Apes, Cloverfield) dankzij DC FanDome. Andy Serkis (Mowgli, Venom Let There Be Carnage), Colin Farrell (Fantastic Beasts, Voyagers, Artemis Fowl) & John Turturro (Gloria Bell, Exodus: Gods & Kings) zullen respectievelijk Alfred Pennyworth, de beroemde butler van Wayne House, The Penguin & Carmine Falcone vertolken. Jeffrey Wright (Westworld, No Time to Die) zal de beroemde detective James Gordon vertolken & Paul Dano (The Guilty, Okja, Prisoners) zal in de huid van The Riddler kruipen. Ondertussen is er ook een Belgische releasedatum gekend en deze zal een paar dagen voor de internationale release gepland staan op 2 maart 2022. Who’s excited?

Big Little Lies-ster Zoe Kravitz (dochter van zanger Lenny Kravitz) gekend uit o.m. Mad Max: Fury Road & Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald wordt de nieuwe Catwoman voor Matt Reeves’ The Batman. Zij neemt plaats naast Robert Pattinson die de hoofdrol op zich neemt. Ze wordt de inmiddels 4de Catwoman voor DC Film met Michelle Pfeiffer, Halle Berry & Anne Hathaway die haar voorgingen. Ze zou de strijd hebben gewonnen van Zazie Beetz, Ana de Armas, Ella Balinska & Eiza Gonzalez.
